CNC Cutting
Cut-only CNC joinery for timber framing companies. You send the model. We cut every joint, label every member and send the frame back ready to assemble.
We cut on an Essetre TechnoFAST, a 5-axis CNC beam processing center. It has an 11-position automatic tool changer and a 600 mm (23.6 in.) saw blade. Its E-Live software simulates every cut in 3D and checks for collisions before the machine starts. Every timber is checked against the model before and after cutting.
Bring your own timber, or we source graded stock from local sawmills.
A frame that takes months to hand-cut comes off the machine in 40 hours. That frees your crew to raise, finish and sell.
Joints fit the first time, so raisings go faster and you spend less time trimming on site.
Volume rates for framing companies, and we never market to your clients.
BTL/BTLx is preferred. We also take cadwork, hsbcad, SEMA and SketchUp with a BTL export. If you only have plans, our design service can build the model.
