How It Works
The same five steps every time, whether you need a single truss or a full home frame.
Send a BTL/BTLx, cadwork, hsbcad, SEMA or SketchUp file. No model? Send plans or sketches and we'll quote the modeling as well.
We check the model for machinability, flag any joints that need changes and send a fixed trade quote within 3-5 business days.
You approve the cut list and pay the deposit, and we book your machine slot. Timber is sourced, or your own stock is received and checked.
Every member is cut on the CNC, checked against the model, labeled and bundled.
The kit ships or is picked up with the member schedule and raising drawings. Your crew raises it.
SketchUp is our preferred format and gives the fastest turnaround.
Leave the engineering to us, we’ll take care of it.
